These terms govern your use of the LoopBits website and any services we agree to provide. By using this site or engaging us, you accept these terms.

Our services

LoopBits provides design and software development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.

Enquiries & quotes

Information on this site — including pricing ranges and timelines — is indicative and not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we both sign a proposal or statement of work.

Payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms are defined per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, including source code and assets. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and may reference the completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranties & liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is", and our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoopBits is established, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
